This is a heartwarming tale. Amy came in today with her reverse Advent calendar box.
She was inspired to do it because her partner, Daniel, had once been homeless and had had recourse to the Foodbank so knew what a lifeline it is.
He is now back on his feet and working but they wanted to repay the kindness he had received and dropped in 10.9kgs of food for us to distribute.
We are so very grateful for this donation and all the others flooding in at the moment. The generosity of our community never fails to amaze us.
