Have had a reduction in their income and are worried about future finances
Have been furloughed and need help to get back on track, including after a payment holiday
Are facing redundancy or have lost their job
Are self-employed and work has dried up
Want to make the most of money they’ve saved during lockdown
The Money Navigator tool provides an action plan based on each individual’s situation, setting out:
The money issues they need to tackle first
How to stay on top of bills and payments
What extra help and support they’re entitled to
