Volunteer
Volunteers are the life blood of foodbanks. Your skills could be just what we need.
Our Foodbank is manned by a great team of Volunteers. We are open every weekday
morning, with Teams within the Distribution Room, Warehouse, Van Driving and Packing of
food parcels.

In short, the roles include:
Distribution Room – talking to Clients and offering food.
Warehouse – Accepting donations, recording weights, sorting and storing all food.
Van Driving – Daily collections from all main supermarkets and other deliveries.
Packing Room – Making up the food parcels for the Clients.
We want you to enjoy volunteering and there are lots of ways to get involved. Whatever role you choose, you will make a real difference to the life of someone in crisis.
